Getting started · Voice Actor Network
There is no sign-up form on this page. That is deliberate.
Voice Actor Network is a directory for working creatives. You are not standing up a school here, so this page does not ask you for one — and it does not put up a form that would quietly do something else with what you typed.
What follows is an honest account of what this directory is, what claiming a profile is meant to give you, and the one step that actually reaches a person today.
What this address is
Built around the credit, not the portfolio.
A portfolio proves you can do the work. It cannot prove you can take someone else’s constraint — a format, a deadline, a brief that will not move — and come back with something that solves it. That second thing is most of the job in commissioned work, and it is the thing almost no directory in this field records.
So the unit here is the credit rather than the upload: what the assignment was, what came back, and who it was for. A credit that lives on the work itself survives a platform going quiet, a site being rebuilt, and a feed rearranging itself — which is more than can be said for a link in a bio.
These are national addresses and they are single-anchor by design. The intent is that one working professional or studio runs the address for a craft rather than forty of them bidding to appear on it.
What claiming it means
What claiming a profile here is meant to give you.
✓A credit record, not just a gallery
The brief, the constraint, and what you delivered against it — the part of the work a commissioner is actually trying to assess and currently has to take on trust.
✓Searchable on the terms that decide a commission
Craft, format, turnaround and the kind of assignment, rather than recency or reach. A directory sorted by who posted most recently is a directory that rewards posting.
✓Your own work stays yours
Work published here runs on our own private system. It is not handed to an outside AI service, and it is not sold on. That is a property of how the platform is built, and it is the reason this can be a public index without being a training set.
✓A national address that is currently unclaimed
One anchor per craft. The address is not an auction, and the ranking is not for sale.
What actually happens
Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.
✓1 — Tell us what you do and where
Use the contact page on this site. Your speciality, roughly where you work, and a link to something you have delivered is plenty. One paragraph is enough.
✓2 — We tell you what is actually built
You will hear which surfaces exist and which do not, in those words, before you see a screen. You should leave the conversation able to repeat back what is real — including the parts of Voice Actor Network that are still being built.
✓3 — Anchoring the address, if it still fits
These networks are single-anchor. If the fit is right, claiming the address is a conversation and a setup, not a checkout — and it is reversible.
What this page does not do
Nothing on this page creates an account.
There is no self-serve sign-up on Voice Actor Network today, and no form on this page. Nothing here provisions an account, creates a listing, or reserves a name. If you write to us, a person reads it and writes back — that is the whole mechanism, and we would rather say so than put up a form that files your details somewhere you did not intend.
There is no live checkout on this site. Getting in touch does not create a payment, does not store a card, and does not commit you to anything.
You are also not signing up to anything school-related by being here. Voice Actor Network is a professional network, and this page asks you for no school, no district, and no organisation on anyone else’s behalf.
